Before founding Havenstead Equity, Poojitha spent over a decade in product and business leadership roles across several Fortune 500 companies, evaluating opportunities and managing risk under real pressure. That same discipline drives her underwriting today: evidence over instinct, and accountability for outcomes long after the decision gets made.

She got her start in real estate in 2024, drawn to how much more durable multifamily is than the stock market, and closed her first deal in 2025. What began as a personal investment quickly grew into something bigger: a way to share that opportunity with friends, family, and other investors, and to build something lasting for her own children. She approaches every acquisition the way she'd want someone to treat her own family's money: carefully, honestly, and built for the long run.

An attorney by training and an investor by practice, Todd brings a unique blend of legal precision and real-world operating experience to every transaction. He has been directly involved in structuring, acquiring, and managing multifamily and specialty real estate assets across multiple markets, with a focus on conservative underwriting, thoughtful capital structures, and aligned partnerships.

Todd is known for his hands-on approach, deep understanding of deal structure, and commitment to doing business the right way. Through Iron Street Capital, he partners with investors who value clarity, integrity, and long-term thinking in real estate.
